Twins Hanna and Haley Cavinder are two of the most famous women’s athletes in the world today.
The duo rose to fame on social media while playing basketball for Fresno State University.
Their popularity then took over after transferring to the University of Miami and helping to lead the Hurricanes to their first Elite Eight in program history.
Since that point, the twins have opted not to return to the Canes for their final year of eligibility.
“Thank you for an unforgettable season. The love and support we received from the university and the city was special. We’d like to thank our teammates and coaches for bringing us in as family and being a part of a historic season,” they said in a statement. “With that being said, Hanna and I have decided to not take our fifth year and start a new chapter in our lives. The U will always be home and we are forever proud to be Hurricanes.”
Instead, they’ll pursue other ventures. They’ve joined Jake Paul’s sports betting and media company, Betr. They’ve also signed a developmental deal with the WWE.
“Their fanbase, the sport, their fitness side of it, that fits Hanna and I’s brand and aligns great with us,” Haley told Today. “So they’re a great partner and yeah, we’re very excited with the future with them.”
But more than ever, the twins are churning out must-see content on their social media pages. Their shared Instagram page has nearly 250,000 followers.
And when you see their latest content, it’s easy to see why.
The duo shared photos of themselves “starting off summer” at Paw Paw Lake in Michigan, including one of them showing off their swim attire while lounging on a boat.
It already gained over 25,000 likes and over 100 comments.
Miami or not, the Cavinder Twins appear here to stay.
